REPAIR BEWARE! IT BECOMES YOUR FAULT WHEN YOUR MOTORCYCLE IS STOLEN FROM LOVE MOTORSPORTS LOCATED AT 2081 SOUTH SUNCOAST BLVD HOMOSASSA FLORIDA 34448, AND YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE ON YOUUR BIKE. THEY WONT USE THIER INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR STOLEN BIKE, NOR WILL THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY FIX THE ISSUE. WHEN MY 400 QUAD SUZUKI WAS STOLEN FROM THIER SHOP, I WAS TOLD I HOPE YOU HAVE INSURANCE! OH DAVE WAS NICE TO TALK TO ME, BUT THEN THEN THATS ALL. MY 4000.00 DOLLAR MACHINE THOUGH BOUGHT USED, A FULL SET UP RACING DIRT BIKE WITH ALL THE FOOT GAURDS AND FERRINGS WITH A RACING BACK END, I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE FROM A MAN USED IT IN HIS PRO RACING AND TAKEN GOOD CARE OF. WAS NICE FOR ME TO RIDE WITH MY SON, IM A DISSABLED VETERAN THAT CANT RIDE WITH MY SON. I DONT HAVE A MOTORCYCLE ANYMORE. I CANT RIDE A TWO WHEEL BIKE BECAUSE OF MY INJURIES SUSTAINED IN THE SERVICE. MY BIKE WHEN HOME, LOCKED UP IN MY GARAGE,WITH YET A HEAVY DUTY CHAIN WRAPPED AROUND THE WHEELS TO A STEAL POST. I DIDNT NEED THEFT INSURANCE, IF A THIEF GOT INTO MY HOUSE THEY HAD A PIT BULL TO CONTEND WITH, ALONG WITH A 45 PISTOL. AT LOVE HONDA located at 2021 S. Suncoast Blvd. Homosassa, MY BIKE WAS PUSHED OUTSIDE A FENCE TO A WAITTING VEHICLE. STAY AWAY FROM LOVE HONDA MOTOR SPORTS, BECAUSE BLUE BOOK WONT COVER THE TRUE COST OF WHAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR BIKE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE THEFT INSURANCE. AND IM POSTING THIS TO OTHER MOTORCYCLE SHOPS. AND AROUND CITRUS COUNTY……….. REPAIR BEWARE!!!!!ALL I NEEDED WAS A CARBURATOR WORK DONE. SO ANY PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE WITH ANOTHER MOTORCYLE SHOP IS TRIVIAL WHEN COMPAIRED TO LOVE MOTORSPORTS. I ALWAYS HAD TO CALL THEM, THEY NEVER CALLED ME ABOUT MY STOLEN BIKE, AND ITS BEEN ABOUT 8 MONTHS OR MORE AND STILL NOT A PEEP FROM THIS COMPANY. i am looking to place this advisement elseware. I didnt want my bike taken to them in the first place, but my 15 year old son at the time thoght it would be a nice suprise for me. BOY WAS I SUPRISED WHEN THE POLICE CALLED ME TO INFORM ME MY BIKE WAS STOLEN, NOT A REP FROM THE COMPANY….I DIDNT EVEN KNOW, IT WAS THERE……My son still feels like crap, but i told him it wasnt his fault, with all the money they make, I told my son they will make it right……THEY SURE DID, FOR THEM, NO MONEY LOST ALL PROFIT, I WAS TOLD BY THIER MECHANIC THEY NEVER WORKED ON MY BIKE, PAST LOOKING AT WHAT WAS NEEDED. SOMEONE GOT A FULL TRICKED OUT RACING QUAD SUZUKI 400 GIFT WRAPPED, I WAS TOLD BY A MECHANIC THEY PUT PLASTIC COVERING OVER THE CARBURATOR, WHEN THEY PUSHED IT OUTSIDE, ALONG WITH ABOUT 40 OTHER QUADS, ONLY MINE AND ONE OTHER RACING QUAD WAS STOLEN FROM THEM AT THE SAME TIME. REPAIR BEWARE

Again this was an opinion sent in from a reader of Search Citrus based on their personal experiences.

Response from Ginny Brown-Waite

Citrus County Sound OFF, Opinions, Politics No Comments

While Congress was contemplating the $700 billion Bailout package I wrote to our Congresswoman, Ginny Brown-Waite expressing my anger about the package. Today I have received a response from her in regards to my comments, and I wanted to share them with you. Please read her letter below and comment on them here when you are done. Remember she is running for re-election this year while you read it.

Dear Paul:

Thank you for contacting my office with your thoughts on Congress’ recent efforts to address the faltering credit markets.  As you may know, I voted and spoke out against the bailout package both times it came before the House of Representatives.  The first time around, a majority of my colleagues joined me to defeat the bill.  However, by adding pork, the Senate was able to persuade enough of my colleagues to switch their votes and pass the bailout.

After Ike Gas and Oil Prices

Citrus County Sound OFF, Weather - Storm Information No Comments

Florida was spared the wrath of Hurricane Ike but has affected us in another way. Friday and Saturday if you went out to get gas you probably saw one of your favorite stations without gas. With the refineries shut down people were racing to the pumps to stock up.

That is all taken care of now, but since there is not as much production right now prices are rising. They will stabilize and start coming down once the refineries start coming back online. Until then we need to know where to get the best deals on gasoline.  Visit our Price watch page before you go out to fill up to find the best prices around the county.

If you have any gas or Storm stories or photos and would like to submit them to us to be displayed on our site – either post a comment to this story or email us at photos@citruscountynetwork.com
