Fast Pass for School Orientation
August 8, 2008 5:33 pm Events, General Info, School Tips & TopicsWell as I had mentioned in an earlier post some of the schools are offering an option for a fast pass for orientation night so you don’t have to wait in a long line the night of orientation. There is a catch to that though. Make sure that you bring proof of residency and no your driver license does not count. It has to be a bill that you receive at your home, i.e. your electric bill, phone bill, or cable bill. That way the school has proof that you did not move over the summer. I was not told that before I went into my daughter’s school to get the fast pass yesterday and had to go all the way back home because I don’t usually carry my electric bill with me LOL. If you do not go into get your fast pass you might want to bring proof of residency along with you the night of orientation because you just never know if they are going to require proof of where you live. I guess the schools want to make sure that you are in their district, that is the only reason that I can think of.
Please feel free to leave a comment. I always love to get feed back.
