Sad Day in the USA as House passes Bailout Bill

7:02 pm Citrus County Sound OFF, Opinions, Politcs

The House of Represenitves have passed the Wall Street Bailout bill 263 to 171.  This is a sad day in our country that the middle class has to bail out the wealthy upper class. They got themselves into this mess and they should have figured out how to get themselves out.

Some House members, like North Carolina Rep. Sue Myrick, said they reluctantly switched their vote to “yes.”

“I don’t want to have to vote for this bill, and I’m not defending it,” Myrick said in a written statement released to FOXNews.com. “It’s full of things that I don’t believe in.

The politicians said this will help main street out with a trickle down effect, I say it will not but if it does it will be too little to late.  Just to prove what I am and have been saying the Dow Jones industrial was rallying but when it became clear that the bill would pass it dropped. It is still up at the time of writing this but only by 16pts.  Oil has also climbed 3.00 a barrel since the passing of this bill.

So is this how it will help us?  Stand by Citrus County to start feeling the impact of our elected officials mistakes as times get harder. Wait another week and see who the government will bail out next. The auto industry?? When are they going to help us? Make your voice heard in November by removing these people from office.
